We ship worldwide. A tracking number will be provided to you in order for you to track the movement of the shipment. We ship by aramex courier and registered post and are traceable. Surface parcels/cargo service are also available for larger items.(please contact us if u need more more details on surface cargo). All items are packed within 2 business days .(for any unclaimed packages buyer is responsible for the return fee).
Please provide us your contact number for shipping purpose. We are using corporate rate, therefore the shipping costs are very much lower and customer will enjoy lower shipping cost using our rate.
2. Packaging Process
To protect items that have been ordered, it is necessary to box our items before shipping. we have been packing for more than 10 years and our experienced packers will pack your items carefully, have a peace of mind with our packing, bubble wrap, hard boxes, peanut foams will be used, packaging will take 1 to 2 business days.
3. Damage Items
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please notified us within 3 days and we will investigate and compensate accordingly, BorneoArtifact may request buyer to ship the item back.
After five (5) days, the sale is considered final. Products accepted for return that have been damaged through misuse, and/or have been tampered with do not qualify for a refund/exchange.
4. Payment methods
Borneoartifact accepts payment by Credit Cards ,Bank Deposit, Wire Transfer and Pay Pal. Credit card payment is easily available through paypal, even without a paypal account. Upon payment clear we will notify you by email and usually ship the items within 2 business days. Please be informed that we are not liable for any taxes imposed on your item(s).
*The buyer agrees to pay all value added, sales and other taxes (VAT- to your own country) related to the Service(s) provided such as money transfer stamp fees, admin fees etc .
Refunds will be made by BorneoArtifact via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
