A massive antique Borneo Lesung / Wooden Mortar Pestle, it’s body made from Kayu Jati hardwood, whereas the mortar made from Ironwood, hardest wood known to men. Erosion is visible on both pieces, but rest assure they are in good antique condition and insect free.
